Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your LuxGun purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase.

To return an item, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us at [email protected] to request a return authorization number.
2. Print out the return authorization number and include it with your return.
3. Ship your return to the following address:

Please note that the following items cannot be returned:

• Items that have been worn or used
• Items that have been damaged
• Items that are missing tags or packaging

Once we receive your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 10 business days.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Exchanges will be processed for the same item or a different item of equal or greater value.

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
